Estimates are based on the information you share. They may change after we further review the project, inspect the site, or discuss the work with you. Scheduling is subject to availability.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be discussed directly with you before any service is confirmed, and any specific terms agreed in writing will control over any general statement on this website.

Payment terms are agreed upon separately for each job. Depending on the work, payments may be handled by invoice after the service is completed or through a third-party payment processor.
